Problem with Activation

Thread needs solution

I just bought this software , install it , and try to activate it . Steps made by me are : 

1) Downloading from the link provided on the e-mail after payment . 

2) Installing the software . 

3) Starting installed Acronis True Image 2021 for the first time. Have been asked to  fill the activation code - done . 

     3.1 ) After filling the activation code , i am pushing button " Activate "  ( with is green because of my correct activation code ) 

     3.2 ) There is appearing a new window for " Sign In "  ( " to complete activation ,you will need to Sign in to your acronis account ..... )  . I am filling the login details - my registered already e-mail  , and password . 

     3.3 ) I am pushing button " Sign In " . The result is 0 ..... there is message "  An error occurred while signing in . Please try again later .  View knowledge base article " . 

 

Every time same .... i can not even register and start for the first time this program on my PC  because of this . The funny is , that i am capable to log in into my account via web . I read all  about the possible reasons for that error message , and could say , that the problem is not in my PC or my internet connection . The program Acronis True Image 2021 is allowed by Windows firewall , necessary TCP ports for communication are not blocked  . 

I downloaded Acronis tool for ports checking . Here is what is wrong ( from the Acronis Cloud Report for CloudEU1    )  : 

Verifying connection to RPC Servers
Performing Name Resolution for: web-api-tih.acronis.com...FAILED.
 Error The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found. .

 Performing Name Resolution for: web-api-vmp.acronis.com...FAILED.
 Error The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found. .

 Performing Name Resolution for: web-api-tie.acronis.com...FAILED.
 Error The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found. .
 

Shortly, if i understand the things correct - this software can not connect to his servers ........ 

Question is : can i do something , or to stop to crash my nerves and to ask my money back ?
