SIMPLE Recovery Question (cannot believe I have to ask)

Thread needs solution

I am trying to do a test recovery of a single file (just to see if things are working). I have a full backup of my system and Dell provided backup partitions (all on the harddrive of my XPS laptop) and I was going to try to extract a single file. I have the the window shown in the attached screen grab. The only thing that seems to work is recover now (or select a different source or destination disk). I DO NOT (yet) want to 'Recover Now'. I want to select a file from the backup and select a destination folder (although where it came from would be OK, I guess).

How do I do this? I cannot believe that I have to ask this question, but here I am. I feel like a new driver (automobile) who doesn't know how a door handle works.

Thanks.

ps. I tried this on a different archive saved to an SD card (permanently installed on my laptop). In that case I got NO destination choices (it was just an archive of selected data folders), but (as best as I can tell) the file was NOT recovered even though the recovery was 'successful'.

Dave, see KB 63240: Acronis True Image 2020: how to restore files from a backup (Windows) - and scroll down the document to the section showing how to open .tibx or .tib files in Explorer by double-clicking on the files.

@Steve Smith,  thanks (again). For purposes of single file recovery (or a few files) is this a better path vs. the Acronis interface.

ps. Should have read it before I typed. I now see why they are different, so no response required.
