Problems with Daily Backup (Acronis True Image Server 9.1)

Hello,
i have a proplem on a server with Acronis True Image Server 9.1.
The daily backup almost every time makes the same mistakes.

For example from the Acronis event log :

"Fehler bein Durchsuchen der Datei.

Möglicherweise hat das Datenträgermedium eine schlechte Qualität."

"Kann auf das Laufwerk nicht zugreifen.
Das Abbild von Laufwerk C: kann nicht erstellt werden, da es entweder von anderen aktiven Programmen verwendet wird oder fehlerhafte Sektoren enthält. Schließen Sie alle Anwendungen, die das Laufwerk benutzen, führen Sie eine Datenträgerprüfung durch und wiederholen Sie den Vorgang noch einmal.: None"

The File from the Report Tool is in the Attachments.

What is the problem? A currently working Application like a defrag tool or Antivir Programm?

Welcome to our Forum, it's nice to have you with us! I entirely understand your concern and will be glad to help you!

Unfortunately it's hard to identify the exact cause, since there can be several possible reasons: bad blocks on the drive, low level drivers conflict, etc... In order to localise the issue I'd suggest you to do the following: 

  1. Temporary switch off defragmentation tool and Antivirus.
    This will ensure us that no third party low-level drivers are preventing us from accessing the drive
  2. Go to Start -> Run -> cmd and run the following command:
    ckdsk /f /r
    This will ensure us that there are not errors on the drive
  3. Update SnapAPI drivers from this package
    http://download.acronis.com/support/SnapAPI.337_s_e.msi
    Please note that this SnapAPI version suits ONLY Acronis Coroprate 9.1 Software versions.

After that please restart the program and run the backup once again. This should resolve the issue.

Should the problem persist, please gather Acronis Info from the problem machine and send to us - this information will help to localise the issue and find an appropriate solution.
