2010 Recover asks for all volumes

I'm running True Image Home 2010. I'm backing up incrementally to a WD USB external hard drive. When I go into Recovery and click on the "file backups" tab, the original full backup is listed along with the incremental backups since then. When I click on the latest incremental backup file, an explorer panel pops up with the message "Please locate last volume of backup". I click on the last volume (the same one I clicked on before). Another explorer panel then pops up asking me to "Locate volume with number '1'". I click the first backup. I then have to repeat this for each volume up to the last one. At that point, Acronis shows me the backed up folders. However, each folder I click to open results in another message asking me to "locate the last volume of the backup". This same process occurs if I access the backup drive directly and click on a backup volume without opening Acronis first.

Interestingly, using the Restore Wizard does not cause this to occur. I can locate and restore any file from any backup without having to identify volumes.

Please help.
