2012 Home Sync/Backup problems--On Sync Shows data size but Folder says Empty.

Hello all...
I am having nothing but problems with TIHome2012. My local sync's between 2 PC's don't work. But this problem I'm sticking to Online Sync problem. I have attached 3 .jpg's. First shows Wes_Backup to have 5.43gb of data. Second shows 2 versions and 10.87gb. Third shows Empty Folder. Any ideas?

I have gotten a small Online Backup to work. But if I try to Online Backup a large folder it fails every time.
Today when I tried to open True Image Home 2012. It would just blow away.
So I have uninstalled, ran a registry cleaner, Reinstalled as administrator. Same problems.
I am on HP Quad Core, 8gb ram, Windows 7 64 bit fully patched. My upload speed is about 1.6Mbits so it's not too slow. Once my internet connection rebooted last night and after 10 Resend attempts the backup failed. And each Resend is about 10 Minutes apart, even though setup has it at 30 Seconds.

I am getting Fault Bucket errors for Acronis in my Win 7 event viewer but nothing I can figure out. And I am not a Newbie at this game I've been doing Network Administration for 35 years (mainframes to client server). I've backed up many servers to tape and every other media you can think of. Of course I was using Backup Exec for the last many years. So it bugs me that I'm getting killed by a simple backup of Home data.

But with such slow upload speeds I think this Cloud Computing crap is many years into the future, kind of like Green Energy to me. It will get there just not in my lifetime. Sorry about the rant. But a month to Online Backup 150gb. Not that useful to me.
