30 day free support?
I had occasion to have to request support when my new 2010 download kept changing my screen resolution to 640x480, support was given, sort of, with the use of online chat thingy where you have to keep typing instead of having a proper conversation, however the problem was not resolved. When I tried to access support again to tell them that I had solved the problem (which was the fact that trueimage.exe had it's "start in 640x480" setting in compatibility box ticked! This setting was I believe set in the program zip file and I can't believe that loads of other users have not experienced this problem), However I couldn't access support again even though I am still within the 30 day free support period. My only option seems to be to pay!! Do I only get one instance of support within that 30 day?

Thank you for posting, I would like to add something.
The support of the trial versions is available free of charge and is valid for length of the trial. You can contact us as many times as you want via Live chat and e-mail. Most probably, the impossibility to access the appropriate page was caused by a temporal issue on our web site.
To get the access to Live chat service you should go to this page, under Contact us click on the Start here button, select Have questions. From the pop up select TECHNICAL ISSUE WITH PRODUCT. Select Trial Version selection \Select product from drop down box. Choose LIVE CHAT.
