5 gig Cloud Subscription not showing

Thread needs solution

I had a 250 gig storage as part of beta testing program (expired 9 Sept 2014), and have 2 x ATI Premium Family Pack registered and activated, but only the expire storage of 250gig show when I log into cloud management. There should be 10 gig showing. Something is clearly not working as intended.

Any suggestions on how I should proceed.

I think there is a problem when two cloud accounts are attached to the same email address, I had this problem with the ABR and True Image Lite betas, as I had storage from another time showing. Strangely, the 2014 beta just attached itself to my last used and expired storage entry.

If you try and image to the cloud from within 2014, does it work? You will need to make a new folder and PC name. I've attached a snipshot of my account, when I log into my account it shows it as expired, but if I click on recover, what you see on the snipshot is available.

LaptopTest is the current space for True Image Lite 2013.

If that doesn't work, Iwould suggest either contacting Chat or Anna via PM.

Just checked, as I said, my account shows as expired, but I have just made a small upload to the Cloud successfully, I can only assume that the there is a webpage glitch which doesn't necessarily show the correct subscription.
