Acronis 10 just reboots

I'm trying to back up a windows 7 pc on a dell latitude e6410atg, whenever i put the boot the media it brings up the first acronis screen then when i click backup to get to the next screen it just reboots. Any Ideas? It works on every other win 7 machine I have tried.

Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here. I understand your concern, and will be glad to assist you.

We has such an issue with the older versions of Acronis Home software, but it was fixed in the latest build. Thus the following steps should resolve the problem: 

  1. Download the latest bootable media from your account
  2. Burn it onto the CD

Should the issue remain, please gather Acronis Linux Report, then submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.
