ACRONIS 2010 Does not Backup up my Start Menu

I have always successfully restored any files that I needed from my full system drive image taken with TIH 2010.
Today I tried to restore my Start Menu (windows 7) at c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\. also at c:\Users\username\Start Menu\.
To my horror I discovered that from reason TIH does not backup these directories and there is nothing to restore.

When I try to backup the directory by itself, the Acronis file browser does not even show the directory! Where is it???

c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\
c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\
