Acronis 2011 and 2012 with Fasttrak TX2300

I used to have Dell Optiplex 780 computers with Fasttrak TX2300 RAID controllers and everything worked fine when making backups and restoring software using Acronis 2011.
Now i have changed to Optiplex 790 computers and with the same TX2300 the systems hang on "Starting Acronis Loader....". I have read about Acronis not working with some Fasttrak controllers, but this has always worked on the Optiplex 780. I have upgraded to the latest version of Acronis 2011 and also tried the trial version of Acronis 2012 but with the same result.
When i connect a harddrive to one of the onboard SATA ports everything works fine and i can make backups without any problems.

Any ideas ?
