Acronis 2015 doe not work

Thread needs solution

I installed the dutch version of Acronis 2015, build 5539. This version does not work properly. for instance the Help function does not work, program crashes etc. I already installed the program twice, without any change. My question is: Can I use the latest english built of october 22? Or will the language then be changed too?

PS I never had problems with the older versions of Acronis (2011, 2012,2013 and 2014)

Does the English build appear under your account? The language will be in English.

Contact Acronis sales and see if they can give you the link or change your serial number to the English version.

Do you not get a United Kingdom option under languages?

About one hour ago an update for the Dutch version was placed on the Acronis site. I will install it this evening and hope my problems are solved. If not, I will let you know.
