Acronis 2015 is missing some daily backups

I had the problem of Acronis missing its daily backup about every other day. Then build 6525 fixed most of that. However, it still misses days from time to time. It missed three days in a row 2/7-9.

I've tried sending a report to Acronis from within the software, but it always fails. Is there a way to fix this problem, or is there a way to contact technical support about the problem?
