Acronis Backup Archive Explorer "device is not working..." in the device manager with the famous YELLOW/BLACK exclamation point.

Why?

I tried repair install, that didn't work.

try unistalling and reinstalling but first use msconfig.exe so nothing blocks the installations of Acronis drivers.

I just ended up uninstalling it. I may try the 2011 version, some say it's a lot more stable.

Even after the uninstallation, it left the "Acronis Backup Archive Explorer" in the device manager.

I had to uninstall that item manually.
