Acronis Backups not valid any more all of a sudden?

Hello,

I can not find the German Forum any more so I post here...

Very big big problem here!

Backups with Acronis True Image made within Windows seems all corrupt. Windows Backups itselfs and also the backups of the datas!

Also: The backup I made yesterday by boot-CD and worked yesterday, it is today corruped!!

I checked it on my own computer and also there it shows "Kann das Backup-Archiv auf dem angegebenen Gerät nicht öffnen. Entweder gibt es dort kein Archiv oder es ist beschädigt."
-> I try to translate: "I can not find the backup-archiv on this machine or I can not open it. Either there is none or it is damaged."

The backups he made is an older version, I guess it is Version 9 or 10. Here I use the 2010. When writting this, I will try to check the ones he made with older versions of my Acronis CDs. But my new one has also this failure....

What to do please?!

A solution is very important....

I can not tell my customer to buy ATI and to make backups with it and now it is not working......!

Here is the link to the post by Gerhard Koerner.

If possible, check the images using the same version of TI that created them. Checking on a different computer and also using the TI CD can be helpful.
