Acronis cloud backup slown then fails

I just upgraded to TI2015 and decided also to buy 250gb cloud storage. My entire disk 125gb backup after 12 hrs the backup appeared online but then took another 12 hrs to complete, but the msg recd said the backup failed. Is it really supposed to take this long? I have fios 25/25 speed service.

Hard to say how long it should take as of course there is the speed on the day of your ISP, the route it takes and the load on the Acronis servers and Acronis' data speed.

Having said that, if I've understood you correctly it took 24 hours, which does seem excessive, I'd have thought 12 - 16 hours around about right. There is also the possibility that there could have been data corruption so TI 2015 had to keep resending packets.

On that score I would suggest running chkdsk /r from a command prompt. If the partition contains the OS checkdisk will only run on reboot. It might also be an idea to run memtest86 for at least 12 hours if possible, just to make sure there is nothing as far as your machine is concerned that could cause corrupted packets.

Does the image on the cloud look to be correct as far as size is concerned?

What happens if you attempt to explore the image?
