Acronis Cloud backups fail since upgrading to True Image 2015

Thread needs solution

Ever since upgrading to True Image 2015 (Build 6525) from True Image Home 2013, my Acronis Cloud backups have failed. I get an error message that says "Read error or metadata is corrupted". I had thought it might be a compatibility issue between the backups generated by True Image 2013 and 2015, but the local incremental backups I have on an external hard drive seem to be perfectly compatible. The backups created by 2015 picked where those created by 2013 left off with no problem that I'm aware of.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be going on, or how I can troubleshoot this problem?
