Acronis Crashed During Recovery, Afraid To Restart & Lose Progress. Help?

Thread needs solution

I have about a 300GB recovery that I've been doing for the past couple of days but during the process at one point Acronis True Image froze & the task was killed. When this happened though it looked as if the process had restarted or kept going despite the GUI crashing because most of my files have been recovered from the backup. However there's no way for me to tell how much is left to go and the only reason I believe there are still files being recovered is because of the Acronis True Image Monitor service that's running. It's currently using about 50% CPU and ~500-1500 MB of ram.

I know at some point I may have to restart to complete the file recovery. My question is since the main program crashed will the monitor still trigger this event (I set it so it does by default in the recovery settings)? Would I waste all that time recovering if I were to restart now? Is there a way for me to know when it's finished other than waiting it out?

ATI Build: 6526
OS: Windows 8.1 Premium x64

//edit: I forgot to mention that my disk space keeps going down by a couple gigs or so every 10 minutes so there are files still being recovered for sure. Like I said I'm just not sure how much longer there is to go and unfortunately have no way to tell.

Well I let it run continuously since this post & then restarted. Everything seems to be in place. I guess I'll find out for sure in the next few days / weeks whether or not everything is as it should be.
