Acronis Drive Cleanser True Image Home® version 11.0

Hi,
After running Drive Cleanser and viewing the disk in disk viewer, should the ENTIRE disk be nothing but zeros? It says the cleanser ran successfully but only the first few sectors are full of zeros. Attached is what it looks like. I was under the impression the entire disk should be nothing but zeros??
