Acronis... Help needed... Please provide latest ISO file.

I have a registered copy of Acronis TI Home 10.0 build 4942 (circa 6-23-07).
I am trying to recover the above computer from a full backup via a USB remote HDD. The backup was made 2 days prior to my troubles. This backup verified at its completion and prior to the recovery attempts.
PROBLEM: Acronis Recovery locks up within the 1st hour of what appears to be a 5 to 8 hour process. During this lockup, neither the Computer HDD or the Remote HDD appear to be doing anything as no indicators (the HDDs activity indicator lights) show any actions. On my last try I let the recovery run 26 hrs to no avail.
This Forum (actually GroverH & DwnNDrty... Thanks Guys) has suggested that I ask you (Acronis) for the LATEST RESCUE ISO FILE. Will you send this asap? Please PM me with a link. I will of course provide the product Serial Number if required.
Most of the discussions on this True Image Home forum are way over my head. However, I wonder why it takes such an effort to get these products to work. This is extremely frustrating for novices such as me.
BTW, I own three Acronis backup products (TI Home 9.0, TI Home 10.0 and TI Home 11.0). If I ever need them, I hope the TI Home 9.0 & 11.0 backups of our other computers work better than this!
