Acronis Home 2011 - issue with Outlook/Yahoo Email login prompt

After I installe Acronis Home 2011 on my WIndows 7 PC I started to received these email prompts for network ID and PW. I use Outlook on top of my yahoo account. The pop up prompts are driving me crazy. They are not needed and they have no impact on my email even if I cancel out of them.

Is Acronis Home 2011 trying to access my email somehow ?

Issue Closed. I paid Microsoft Techn Support $39 and they solved my problem. It had nothing to do with Acronis. All I had to do was change my Yahoo.com PW and that got things synced up.
