acronis home 2015 stopped working

hi

I installed upgraded my pc to W10 in september

the automatic backup with Acronis 2015 continued to work as usual producing full and incremental files

I noticed today that the last backup is dated 28th november 2015

I tried to make a manual BU and then I realized that something was wrong

1-the program was not started

2-if I start it the icon on the bottom line of the screen appears and the task is active, but the windows that give you the possibility to reconfigure your backups or to force start is not opening

the icon is there, if I click on it there is a confirmation windows that says "do you allow the app to change the status of the computer" .......I click on YES and nothing happens.

Opening the activity management the task is working but no backup is operating and the command windows is not opening.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the program without any change

at the moment I'm downloading the trial version 2016, but I want to se my 2015 to work again
