Acronis Loading please wait.....hang

Hi,

I am using Toshiba Satellite L640 Notebook with Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit, and using the ATI 2010 Version 13 Build 5055 and did the system image backup and tried to restore the image using the created boot disk through the application.

When I tried to restore the image from the boot process, the ATI GUI screen popped up and went to black screen with following information:

""Acronis
Loading please wait......."

Message is left and did not turn even after 1 hour past also the notebook got overheat through its went I experienced the hot air.

Even I have re-installed OS and re-tried and experienced the same error message.

I need assistance for fixing the error message ""Acronis
Loading please wait......."

I am running windows 8.1. I try to start Acronis 2014 to see the status of my backups or to do a backup. I get the dreaded spinning wheel and Loading please Wait. After hours it does not go away.
This means I cannot use the program. HELP PLEASE.

By the way, I even did a restore from a previous day and still the same message.
