Acronis NonStop Backup doesn't see a RAMDISK
Hi All,
I have a RAM disk where I have some files that I need backed up via the NONSTOP backup. But since the upgrade to 2013 I don't see the RAMdisk anymore..
I do know that the previous version saw it as there are existing backups for that drive but not since the updgrade.
When i try to change the backup setting I can't see the Drive at all..
Any suggestions??

Hello David,
Thank you for replying.
It appears that our software does not detect your RAM drive, it is not clear what causes it at the moment.
I will forward the issue to our Expert team and get back to you with an update.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you.

Hello David,
Thank you for posting.
I received an update from our Expert team about this issue.
We do not support RAMdisks as a storage device for NonStop backups. The fact that it was "supported" in Acronis True Image Home 2012 is just a lucky consequence of Snapapi drivers detecting this software-emulated RAM-drive in the system and even using it for backups. Now, perhaps, the implementation of recognizing the disks has changed in the 2013 version.
Please take a look at this article for additional information, it applies to True Image 2013 by Acronis as well.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
