Acronis Not Honoring Refund Request

Thread needs solution

I note that others have had this issue: getting Acronis to live up to the Refund commitment they claim can be obtained within 30 days of purchase. After having my system trashed by ATIH 2012 )new install, no previous versions), I requested a full refund of ATIH 2012 and Plus Pack on 12/12. I purchased the products on 12/9. I have received Support auto responses and even a mail from a Support Tech. I again reiterated my request on 12/21 via responding to that tech and by updating my Support case online.

Nothing. So, along with a shoddy product, Acronis seems determined to demonstrate shoddy customer service. Nice way to ruin your brand.

I am somewhat pleased to report that Acronis finally responded and processed my refund request. I say "somewhat pleased" because this situation should not have arisen. However, the number of system problems, freezes, driver corruption, registry entries that will never be cleaned out, failed backups, etc. show how premature and immature the 2012 product is.
