Acronis True Image 2010, scheduled task shows wrong timestamp in log

Thread needs solution

hi,
i configured several weekly backupjobs, which should start at 07:00 am an which should mail the backupstatus to a defined mail adress.
since my pc changed the time from summer- to wintertime, the statuslog reports the false startingtime and the statusmail shows the false too.

remember: jobs are scheduled to start at 07:00 am

the mail i get shows this:

Reading your posting I decided to check my times. I have scheduled an automatic backup to occur at 4:00 AM CDT. In both the TI log and looking at the created .TIB file I find the reported times show that they occurred at 3:00 AM. The PC's system clock is correct. This looks to me to be an issue in the changeover from Central Daylight Time to Central Standard Time which at this location doesn't occur until November 1.
Edit: I want to add that I had forgotten that I had changed the start time from 4:00 AM to 3:00 AM at some point. Therefore the task is reporting the correct time and I see no problems with it.

Have the same problem since 2009-10-25 (summer time to winter time) with two server installations of Acronis True Image Echo Server build 8.076. Scheduled tasks are started at the correct time. System times are also ok. Could not reboot the servers. Will do this at next weekend (2009-10-31). Hope the statuslog then will show the correct times.

[Update]
I rebootet the two servers 2009-11-01. Since 11-01 Acronis shows the right timestamps in logs. Acronis software seems to correct the times in logs at the new month.

I can also report that since the daylight saving time all timestamps are not anymore correct. Bios-clock and Systemtime are also correct.

This happens on three ATIHome 09 Installations on Win XP Pro.

I have the same problem. My scheduled tasks are starting an hour earlier although the time stamp in Acronis is the time I have scheduled the tasks to run. The PC clock is the correct time but Acronis seems to have its own clock that does not match the PC clock. Is there some way to synchronise the two clocks?

Even with manual backups via the boot CD, the time stamps are about 4 hours off. The date is ok though, but I suppose if I did a backup, say at 1 am, the date may show the previous day's date.

For those who want to correct the time manually, there is a free software that can do this. Do a Google search to find.

Since the 11/1 time change, 5 hours off as of this morning. Was 4 hours off last week. BIOS clock correct and I am creating images from a boot disk.

[Update to post #2]
I rebooted the two servers at 2009-11-01. Since 11-01 Acronis shows the right timestamps in logs. Acronis software seems to correct the times in logs at the new month.

How about this one

You scheudle the backup to start at 7:00pm

After you press save it changes to 8:00pm via the infomation screen

The backup then starts at 8:00pm not 7:00pm

is there a reason for this ??
