Acronis True Image 2012 crash to desktop
Hello
Everytime I want to start the Acronis Main window, Acronis ends with CTD.

Does someone have a similar problem, or knows what to do?
For info: It´s a fresh install of ATI2012, with Pluspack on Win7 x64.
On an other PC, the same problem occurs. But:
The background processes like the sync, oder the trueimage monitor and nonstop backup
are running without problems. I just can´t open the Main Window. (Sometimes it works)
Thanks for your help,
Chris

Hello
Thanks for your answer. I´ll do that this weekend.
One solution I found, was to put the desktop shortcut to "Windows7" compatibility modus.
Don´t know why that works, but it works.
Thanks so far

Hello Everyone,
Thank you for posting your questions in our forum.
I see, that you are using different Acronis products in different builds. As you can see, the errors are showing different affected modules, like ti_managers.dll, ntdll.dll.
I researched in our internal resources and it seems, that the best way is to do a clean install with the latest build of your Acronis product.
In our knowledge base under http://kb.acronis.com search for 'cleanup utility'. As result, you find all tools we have created for all Acronis products to remove them complete from your system. For example here some tools:
- True Image 2013 by Acronis: Cleanup Utility
- Acronis True Image Home 2012 Cleanup Utility
- Acronis True Image Home 2011 Cleanup Utility
If you need additional assistance, please contact Acronis support. Find more information about in our Customer Handbook.
If there is anything else, we can do for you, please let me know.
