Acronis True Image 2014 Nonstop Backup is Stopped

I noticed that the system tray icon shows that Nonstop backup is stopped. When I bring up Acronis, and click on the start icon, it runs for a few seconds and then stops. No error messages. It does not appear to be "paused". It is actually stopped.

What gives? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version (Build 6614).
