Acronis True Image 2014 won't start

Hello,

I've bought Acronis True Image 2014 with two licences.

I've installed one on my notebook and one on my desktop PC.
On my notebook (Win 8.1) ATI2014 seems to run fine, I'm just making my first backup.

But on my desktop PC ATI2014 won't even start. It is Win 7, 64 bit.
I've installed the same way like on my notebook, serial number was OK, too.
Then the current version was downloaded from the web and installed. When I now want to start ATI2014 I just get asked to give permissions as administrator, I click YES, my mouse pointer shows me that something is loading and then nothing happens.

In the task manager I can see the following processes that belong to acronis:
TibMounterMonitor.exe *32
TrueImage.exe *32
TrueImageMonitor.exe *32

I have also tried to disable my GData Security Suite, but this has not changed anything.

Please, can you help me?

I have noticed, that when i boot Windows 7 in secure mode, ATI will start normal. Are there any known problems with other programs running in the background?
