Acronis True Image 2015

Thread needs solution

Multiple Problems

1. My Norton anti-virus flags the download as containing a Trojan virus. I need this resolved asap.

2. When I log into my account, it does not show my purchase of True Image 2015. Consequently, I am not entitled to my 30 days of support and have to resort to this forum. I want you to correct my account so I can use the 30 days support.

3. I received an email from Cleverbridge regarding my purchase of True Image 2015. Who is this company and why did I receive an email from them. Is this a scam considering the virus alert.

4. On your forum login screen you need to make the email window larger so you can see your entire email when you are typing this in. This is proper UI design 101.

Welcome from another user. Cleverbridge is the retail outlet for your purchase.

You need to enter the 64 charracter serial into your Acronis online account. Look at my signature link 9 on registering your serial and the download of your new purchase. Do plan on using the copy/paste method to enter the serial number into your account and into the installation.

you need to input your serial number in order to obtain assistance or Live Chat from Acronis. 30 days support begins from your purchase date.
