Since just updating my TrueImage Home 2010 to build 6029, my PerfectDisk 10 build 124 cannot complete an Offline defragmentation due to "incompatible driver." Any ideas? Windows 7 Ultimate x64 running on AMD X2 4600 and 8 GB Thanks!

Hello....

This is maybe not problem of TIH 2010. Start PerfectDisk, on the Ribbon-menu click of Product Resources, then click of Support (third icon from left side). A new windows appears, click of start. This starts self diagnostics of Perfect Disk. You can find there information about the driver that happens the problem you described.
