Acronis True Image Home 2012 disables Ctrl-Shift-Enter shortcut

Thread needs solution

Actually, the problem is described in the title. Immediately after ATIH2012 installation (even before starting the program) Ctrl-Shift-Enter shortcut (run the program as an administrator) stops working, but only for shortcuts. That is, for example, if you open the Start menu, type trueimage.exe and press Ctrl-Shift-Enter, the program starts, and if you type acronis true image and press Ctrl-Shift-Enter - it doesn't. After uninstalling ATIH the shortcut works as expected.
This problem is reproducible. I've tested builds 7133, 7119 (english) and 6151 (russian) on a clean install of Windows 7 x64 SP1 in a virtual machine, and all of them have this problem.

I have notified Acronis of your observations. Does it disable for all programs or only ATI shortcuts?

For all programs. And sorry for a mistake in my initial post: not Ctrl-Alt-Enter, but Ctrl-Shift-Enter. I've corrected this.

Hello Alex,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

I tested your problem in my environment, but could not find the error. For me the key combination works properly. I am the way over the Start menu, and tested over the shortcuts and both worked. Can you make sure that no other application is causing this problem?

Please ensure that your product is registered, so you can also report problems to the Acronis support. For more information about the support you can find in our Customer Handbook.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.
