Acronis True Image request Activate product again after Recovery by Acronis. What should I do?

Hi Acronis Customer service!

I bought Acronis True Image Family package for 3 desktops, and use it to back up. Yesterday, I must to recover one of them by Recovery of Acrnois True Image. However, after recovery, Acronis True Image request the activate the product, and said that this is the 4th computer on my license family package. In fact, this is the same desktop that I installed when I bought Acronis True Image.

For the previous version, I never get the same porblem, but for version 2012, I get this stupid problem?

Why the backup of Acronis Image could not back up the license for my desktop?

Could you help me to solve this problem? Acronis asked me to change the register number, but I wonder that if I change the register number, will I be charged fee again, and what happen with 2 others computer that i registered?

Will I need to register every time I make a recovery for my desktop?

Removed, as the user should be able to deactive/reactivate with the web interface.

Acronis servers think this is a new computer, when in fact it is not. You just need to remove this computer from your activations and re-activate it. see this post http://kb.acronis.com/content/22154# for more information. If you are connected to the internet, use the method for that.
