Acronis TrueImage 2014 Premium

Thread needs solution

My Acronis TrueImage 2014 Premium has suddenly quit working.  My synchronization to the cloud says "Join This Sync".  What the hell, it has been working for years.  I click on Join Sync, and I am told it can not connect to the server.  I also get the same error if I try to remove the sync,  Yes, of course I have an internet connection.

Brian, I am sure that you have already checked the obvious things plus you have a valid current Cloud subscription to support your Cloud sync.

I would advise contacting Acronis Support direct on this issue as we have no access to any of the Cloud systems / servers from the user forums.
