Acronis trueImage 2014 support for Intel Server board S2600KP family using LSI RAID controller for RAID5

Thread needs solution

Here is what I managed to do with the regular windows server 2012R2 installation.

1) I was able to install the driver from Intel website(www.intel.com) with the driver of "ESRT2_Windows_signed_DRV_v16.03.2014.1127".

2) The system is booted and rebooted after the windows installation. It's all fine.

3) When I try to duplicate my installation to other servers by usual backup & restore using the product "Acronis True Image 2014". First, the bootable media seemed to behave normally by showing the screen and let choose the first entry on top of the screen. Then the screen go dark and never returns. It doesn't respond to any mouse of keyboard entries. My guess is that the acronis is toasted.

My question is as below:
1) if this hardware based RAID 5 drive is supported and if so, how to get it to work. I try to search to find if this type of hardware RAID controller was tested. And I could not find the information from Acronis support forum.
2) Judging from how window deal with this kind of problem, it offers the user the chance to supply their own drivers. I am not sure how "Acronis true image 2014" could deal this without that kind of conversation with the user.
3) If the newer version of the Acronis tools can deal with this better, we can upgrade our toolset to the later version since we have so many servers to deal with. Doing it one by one is not practical.

Thanks, Hope I could get some help from the forum.
