add other users, no online storage to see in my account

I must have overseen the possibility to choose all users when I dowloaded the program. I want to add another user for the non stop Backup. I cannot find it.
Yesterday I bought Online storage, I have seen it with only one of the users of this computer, but when I now click on my products it is not there. How can I add there a user?

When you have True Immage, do you still need Backup and recovery?
I cannot find Disk image in help.
