Advise requested - Windows Clean Reinstall Backup

What Acronis backup scheme will do what Easy File Transfer did for Windows 7?

imwant to format my hard drive and reinstall Windows.  But I don't want to lose my Outlook settings and mail, I.E. Favorites, etc.
