Aktionen sind in Bearbeitung. / Activities are ongoing
Although writing in English, the problem occurs in my German version of ATIH2012, upgraded from ATIH2011.
Problem: Whenever I shut down Windows, the message comes up and I have to wait until the activities (whatever they are) are finished. I saw some answers to that this is something known at ATIH2011, and should be fixed in the latest build, but since I am using the version AFTER 2011, I SHOULD have the latest build (thus being something better than 2011, right?) already. Still - it's there. Good thing is I have a SSD, so the verifying does just take a few minutes. Still, it is very annoying.
Setting was to validate once MONTHLY, not daily, and even if, it should do so after the backup, not while shutting down the PC.
Using Win7Pro, 64 bit on SSD
ATIH2012
both with latest updates.

Hello,
We have the same problem... and this is REALLY annoying!
But the other point, which is maybe more annoying is that there is NO response from Acronis to this problem here! (And Acronis knows that problem since 2010!)
Well, I don't want to waste my Acronis license - but if there will be no solution, I WILL uninstall Acronis products on all PCs... Please, Acronis - your customers need your help, so don't let us standing outside in the rain....
Acronis...your last chance!

Achim,
This is a problem that has not been well diagnosed. Some things to check:
- download the schedule manager here http://kb.acronis.com/content/1859 and follow the instructions to ZAP all your schedules,
- reset the schedule of your backup. After you have opened the scheduling window, unfold the advanced scheduler settings section, uncheck all boxes there,
- click on the backup options, go to the advanced tab, uncheck the validation after backup; click on the scheduled validation if any, and uncheck the advanced settings of the validation scheduler just like above.
If that doesn't solve the issue, you still have the option of turning the ATI scheduler off completely, and use Windows Task Scheduler to scheduler your ATI tasks:
- from the backup list, click on the gear menu, choose other operations, create a shortcut on the desktop,
- use Windows task Scheduler to create a task, and use the properties of the shortcut you created to specify which command and parameters you need.
