ASZ CANNOT BE USED OR CONVERTED TO NTFS AFTER UPDATE 1

Thread needs solution

I allowed the software to update itself to the latest version Home 2011 Update 1 Build 6696 and found the Acronis Secure Zone unsuable, unable to be managed and unable to be converted to NTFS using the ASZ page. Seems like a major issue. Nothing in the help or support search relates to this problem.

HELP ANYONE?

Did you make a backup before you installed the upgrade. If so, restore, remove SZ, then install the upgrade.
