AT12 Has Error while doing backup

Hi,
I upgraded from AT9 to AT12
When I run a backup the front end display crashes with a Visual C++ error after a bit of time. I did not get this before. I am running Win XP with SP3.

The backup seems to keep going (according to the display in the task bar) and if I kill the trueimage.exe task via Windows Task Manager I can start up the display again but it will crash again.

Any ideas.
