Sandy,

When you say 'moved your image' do you mean you moved it via Windows Explorer or the task saves to the Secure Zone?

Your second two images show you imaging to a different drive/partition.

Is the Secure Zone on your main drive or a different one?

Are you aware that if you only keep your images in the Secure Zone and that Secure Zone is on your main drive, if you have a drive failure you've lost your images?

Colin B

Offcourse i'm not using windows explorer for moving a image into the secure zone ,i have using Acronis for it.

off course my other second two images shows to a different drive/partition,because ATIH not responding anymore for a moving task.

My secure zone is NOT on the main drive i have made it on my third SSD.

I have my second image now also in the secure zone but have first uninstall ATIH2012 install again and move the image in ASZ.
For my third image i have to uninstall first ATIH than install again and moving my third image in ASZ.

Can i ask is this user friendly ? I want my money back please i wil give you the serial and everything this programm is not adult.

And also the name of my first image"Win 7 SP1 ATIH2012" is changed to "IMAGE" after uninstall ATIH and install ATIH .

Moving images into and out of the Secure zone is not possible,i have using a user account and also have a admin account ,in user account can't see the images in the secure zone only in admin account can see the images.

pfff tired of this i will my money back.
