ATI 2011 Explorer's MY Backup no longer shows Disks & Parititions
Though still able to show both Disks & Partitions, as well as Files & Folders within each backups' Explorer screen, my ATI2011 (build 3) no longer allows accessing (it still shows on the menu) Disks & Partitions for the complete time line of my full system backups under My Backup. Disks & Partitions do show if I access individually each backup's Explore All Versions option. However, I also need this under My Backup, where the entire time line displays. Under My Backup I can see the complete time line, but only Files & folders can be accessed now. The left side of the top menu does not allow Disks & Partitions to be clicked as one moves through the backups on the time line. I use this to see problems on the HD when comparing various days' total (full) backups. What has happened and how can I restore this feature of ATI 2011? Thank you.

Dear GroverH,
Appreciate your taking the time to respond with two really good suggestions. Just tried both (first the "browse" one). Neither changed the situation, though after the "repair" process I now had a progress icon in the recognition tray that had not been there during backups for nearly the entire time I had been using v2011. No big deal, but it did show that some rewriting was done to the program during "repair."
Could it be that MY BACKUP is NOT suppose to enable access to Disks & Partitions (only under Explore All Versions)? Maybe I had had an anomaly all this time? Whatever, I'd sure like to have it back.
Thanks again for your time and sharing your expertise.

If the backup is a Partition or disk backup, you should have a disk & partitions tab .
If the backup is files only, you may not have a disk & partition tab.
what happens when you click on t he Recover tab inside one of the tasks. Does that provide both tabs?
I am at a disadvantage in that I do not have 2011 installed so what I am looking at is 2014.
Try a new backup task and let me know the results?
A last resort might be to run a TI cleanup utility (signature link 4 below) and then reinstall.
