ATI and LogmeIn Rescue

I have a friend who uses an old version of ATI 10 Build 4942 with XP Pro SP3. I noticed I can't run a backup task for him when I'm connected with Logmein Rescue. It just sits there does nothing. No error. However, if I disconnect using Logmein Resue the timed task will complete. Is it that ATI can't lock the hard drive when using Logmein Rescue? The funny thing is it didn't always do this. It use to work with no problem.

Are there any issues like this for the current ATI 2011?
