ATI Home 2010: Unable to backup the "my e-mail"

ATI 2010 (build 6029)

Hello,

I performed several backup of disk and of my documents, everything is OK but when I want to backup my Outlook 2007, the task fails and no error/warning is logged in the logfile.

You will find the screen shoots sequence here after.
Note: the green progress bar is even not displayed, at all.

I re-installed properly ATI2010 but it didn't fix the issue.

Frank, if not tried this already - ensure MS Outlook is closed when the backup runs.

Forgot to say that I performed the backup with Outlook closed as mentioned in several places
