ATIH Updated and now won't complete email backup

Hi,

My Acronis TIH just updated on an automatic update and now my email won't backup. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it just keeps stopping half way at around 23 minutes to go and won't go any further, although it was left overnight. Service still seems to be running, can't find anythign in event logs yet the processor is working to almost full capacity. Definitely something not quite right here.

Does anybody have a suggestion on how I can fix this?
