Automatic backup with a bootable CD
Hello,
I would like to make a bootable CD which, on start of the computer, without any user intervention, automatically begin a backup of the partition image "system" stored on a "data" partition different from that of the system .
Is this possible with the software "Acronis True Image Home"?
How to do it (setting locations, ...)?
Thank you for your answers

It's not capable of running a restore automatically and compeltely unattended.
The windows version (the version that you install on your PC harddisk under windows OS) can be set to run backups on schedule and to have missed backups run on (windows) startup. So if you turn the PC off by a certain time you could set the ATI schedule to runthe back a bit later, and then it would run the next time you boot up. YOu'd have to have source and target disks present.

Hi I wrote this already in another thread.....
if i restore a system out of windows acronis reboots the system and automatically starts the restore process...
I am not that expert but it must be possible to find the files (maybe in mbr?) and the commands that to that task.
