Backing Up Acronis 11 Data With Acronis True Image 2010

I want to keep going backing up my work daily after upgrading to 2010 in the same way I did with True Image 11.
How do I simply add the new data to the previous backup files? I'm also on a new boot with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, and I'm actually keeping the old XP 32 boot for some time.
Can I run Acronis on both boots?
I would actually like to do the backups with Acronics 2010 on the Win 7 boot but when I tried to do incremental backup I seemed to choose the wrong folders...
