Backing Up RAID 1 Array

I have a RAID 1 Array and had difficulty with a Backup and Recovery using Acronis True Image Home with Plus Pack.
During an attempted restore I get the following Error Message "There may be not enough free space on the system partition to boot up your operating system after recovery". After that Acronis will not let me go any further. What do I do now?
