Backup Archive Manager not working properly.

Thread needs solution

I'm running Win XP Pro, SP3.
In Device Manager, Acronis Backup Archive Manager status is shown as: -

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

This occurred immediately after I installed the program late December, but Acronis did not explain that I had to Register in order to get support in the following 30 days, so I'm left with no direct support.

Does anyone have a solution?

Thank you for posting. Let me assist you with resolving this issue.

Please delete the Acronis Backup Archive Manager from the device manage. Launch Acronis True Image 2012 Home installation file and select - repair installation.
