Backup to Cloud Option Greyed Out

Hi, as the title says the option to backup to Acronis cloud is greyed out, the option to backup to local media works, the cloud does not. I am selecting a valid file and there is plenty of cloud storage space. It was working before, not now. I can post a screenshot if necc but that's the story. My storage space was recently changed back to 5Gb (still shows 250Gb) but there's still plenty of space at 5GB for what I'm attempting to backup.
