Backup deleted

Thread needs solution

Hi,
I've just logged into online backup and discovered my backup has been deleted and my available space reset to 250gb. How is it possible that my backup has been deleted?

Thank you for finding time to open the thread regarding this question.

I have carefully checked our internal resources and didn't find any mention regarding such issues. From our end we never do a clean-up of customer's space, so this situation requires investigation. Could you please kindly obtain the following information: 

  1. The most important: screenshot of the backup location
  2. Acronis Info from the  machine in question
  3. Acronis System Report
  4. The approximate time and date when the error occurred, the operation performed, and the amount of data backed up or restored.
  5. E-mail under which the machine is registered

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
